Studio Rules

Last updated September 3, 2026

These studio rules apply while you and your guests use a JPR Studios location. Location instructions and booking-specific terms also apply when they are displayed for your session.

Contact JPR before the session if you need an equipment, room-layout, accessibility, alcohol, or building-use exception.

  • Use the room and equipment as configured. Do not move, disconnect, rewire, or adjust studio equipment unless JPR has authorized the change.
  • Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment as soon as you notice it rather than attempting a repair.
  • Illegal drugs and unlawful activity are prohibited in the studio and building.
  • Ask JPR before bringing or consuming alcohol, and follow all location, building, and legal requirements that apply.
  • Keep noise and guest activity within the booked room and respect neighboring tenants, building staff, and other guests.
  • Do not share a studio access code, key, or private entry instruction with anyone outside your booked group.
  • You are responsible for your guests and for securing the room and building access as instructed when the session ends.
  • Notify JPR if you expect to arrive late. A late arrival keeps the original booking end time and does not extend the session.
  • Remove personal items and trash, return permitted movable items to their original place, and leave the room ready for the next session.
